Can’t recommend this company enough. First off, a receptionist who is always responsive, friendly, and informative ALWAYS. Secondly, staff that are trained, act quickly, and go above and beyond. Eldon has been here twice in the worst heat and now extreme cold and fixed within 30 minutes. Did I mention I had other companies try and “fix” the AC prior to calling Moody’s?! The other companies couldn’t figure it out and we had been without AC for almost a week. FINALLY, did the smart thing and called Moody’s. Eldon had it up and running in less than 30… I will never go with any other company again. Also, why haven’t you called them already? Stop scrolling and call them every time.

They got the part on order and had the furnace fixed in time for me to be able to go on my trip and not lose the money I paid for my VRBO. Up and running in 3 days! Thank you, Dan, for getting me scheduled so quickly. I highly recommend Moody for HVAC services. Been using them for years and they are always on time, professional, and courteous. The receptionist that answers the phone was also very professional and courteous to me when I was repeatedly making phone calls to them on the part status. Great job y'all, keep up the great work.
