John was able to come earlier than expected and on the same day that I called! He was a great guy! Very professional and personable. He found the problem quickly and replaced the faulty part. We had Moody install our new furnace and AC a couple years ago so they were still under warranty, so we didn't have to pay for the part! We were very pleased overall. We won't hesitate to call them again.
